After testing the new Shark Scale blade in over 1000 test battles at this point across more than 25 unique combos, I’ve found the most success with the combo I discovered when it first came out, Shark Scale 4-50 Level. You can see all of those test results and more in this video 

This deadly low to the floor combo is able to sneak underneath almost any blade in existence and burst their combo to smithereens. In my deep-dive testing on this blade, it achieved an average win rate of 2.33, which just about rivals Wizard Rod on 1-60 Hexa. It’s had an slot in my deck since day 1, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.

The strength of this combo lies in the high Life-After-Death, or LAD of the Level bit. This bit has comparable levels of aggression and power to something like Low Rush, another popular bit to use on this blade, but without sacrificing those last crucial moments of stamina that allow you to earn that spin finish win.

And while Level is a taller bit than Low Rush, we make up for that with the brand new 4-50 ratchet, which takes full advantage of Shark Scale’s super flat, edgy shape.
