BeyLocker Refund Policy

At BeyLocker, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide high-quality products and exceptional service to every Blader in our community. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when shopping with us.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund for items purchased from BeyLocker under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged during shipping.

  • The item is defective or not as described.

  • The refund request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

  • Customized or modified Beyblade parts.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items purchased through third-party resellers.

3. Refund Process

  1. Submit a Refund Request:

    • Email us at support@beylocker.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Approval:

    • Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, you will receive a return authorization number.

  3. Return the Item:

    • Ship the item back to us within 7 days of approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

  4. Receive Your Refund:

    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the refund process, and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Cancelations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the order is shipped. Once shipped, the standard refund policy applies.
